Most all of our products are digital in nature. Therefore, unless the issue is a direct result of our error, no refund requests will be accepted. All sales are final.

Recurring charges for monthly services will continue on a monthly basis until terminated by client. Client may terminate the agreement through any of the forms of contact on the Content Us Page. If cancellation request is made on or before the 20th day of the month, monthly services will be cancelled at the end of the current month. If cancellation request is received after the 20th day of the month, monthly services will continue until the end of the following month. Monthly service fees cannot be prorated.
